Every AORMS Identity starts at a Basic level. Cross 100 hours of active use, and it promotes to Pro automatically — no application form, no approval step, nothing to request. It's a recognition of real, accumulated usage, not a paywall or a sales gate. You don't ask for it. You just cross the threshold and it's there.

We built it this way deliberately. A lot of "leveling up" systems in business software exist to create friction — an upsell dressed up as a milestone. This one doesn't gate any feature behind Pro; it's simply an honest signal, visible on your own identity, of how much real usage sits behind it.
